Policies and Procedures
Payment Terms:
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure the event date. Will be applied to the balance
Deposit Payment Due:
At the time of booking and signing the Music Performance Agreement
Final Payment:
The remaining balance will be due no later than 30 days before the event date.
Payment Methods:
Deposit and Final Payment can be made via:
Cash
PayPal/Venmo/Zelle
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation by the Client:
The deposit of $200 is non-refundable.
Cancellation made less than 30 days before the event will result in full payment of the Total Agreed Fee.
Sound Equipment:
The Musician will provide all necessary sound equipment and instruments for the performance.
Adequate space and access to power outlets must be provided by the Client.
Event Coordination:
The Client agrees to provide a contact person and event schedule at least 2 weeks before the event
date. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated to the Musician in a timely manner.
Liability:
The Musician shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the performance.
The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for the event.
Agreement Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice if circumstances prevent the performance from taking place (e.g., Force Majeure).
